These terms cover your use of HMW, operated by How Minds Work. By connecting your TikTok account or using HMW, you agree to them.
What HMW is
HMW lets you prepare videos and send them to your own TikTok account after you approve each post.
Your account and content
- You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms.
- You may connect only a TikTok account you own or are allowed to manage.
- You own your content. You give How Minds Work permission to process it only to send it to TikTok as you ask.
- You are responsible for your content and for following the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
What you may not do
- Post illegal, hateful, harassing, or misleading content, or content you have no right to use.
- Use HMW to spam, to get around TikTok limits, or to harm other people.
- Try to break, overload, or reverse engineer HMW.
TikTok
HMW depends on TikTok. TikTok may change or limit its tools at any time, which can change or stop what HMW can do. Posts may be private until TikTok finishes its audit of HMW. TikTok is not responsible for HMW.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by disconnecting HMW in your TikTok settings or by emailing us. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if TikTok requires it. See data deletion for what happens to your data.
No guarantees
HMW is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be error free or always available, or that any post will reach any number of viewers. To the extent the law allows, How Minds Work is not liable for lost views, lost income, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using HMW after a change, you accept it.
