Your data
Disconnect and delete your data
Two ways. Either one is enough to stop HMW at once.
Option 1: remove HMW in TikTok
Open your TikTok settings, find the list of connected apps, and remove HMW. TikTok then cancels our access.
Option 2: email us
Email hello@howmindswork.org with the subject Delete my HMW data. Send it from the email you used with us, and include your TikTok display name.
What we delete
- Your access and refresh tokens: right away.
- Your uploaded videos: within 7 days after the post is published or cancelled.
- Your name, photo URL and open ID: within 30 days.
- Publish logs: automatically after 90 days at most.
We confirm by email when it is done. Read the full Privacy Policy.
